Job Description – Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our continuous integration and delivery pipeline to improve our development process and ensure scalability, security, and reliability of our systems.
Responsibilities:
– Design and implement fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
– Collaborate with software developers to define infrastructure requirements.
– Monitor and optimize system performance, security, and scalability.
– Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
– Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry regulations.
– Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years experience working in a DevOps role.
– Proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
– Strong background in automation using tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.
– Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
– Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
– Solid understanding of networking, security, and database management.
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
