Job Title: Senior Customer Support

Job Overview:

The Senior Customer Support role requires an experienced professional with at least 2 years of customer support experience. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and guide a team of customer support representatives
– Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues
– Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes
– Monitor key performance indicators and provide reports to management
– Train and mentor new customer support team members
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements and Skills:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
– Proven leadership and team management skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
– Proficiency in customer service software and tools
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)
– Customer service certification (desired but not required)
– Experience in a supervisory or team lead role (preferred)
