The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth
– Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders and potential clients
– Generate new leads and opportunities to expand the business
– Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives
– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
– Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients
– Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Proven track record in business development, with at least 3-5 years of experience
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
– Experience in technology or B2B industries is a plus
