Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Lead with expertise in Node.js to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and be able to lead a team of developers in creating and maintaining robust backend applications.
Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of backend developers in designing, developing, and implementing backend services using Node.js.
– Architect and build scalable and reliable backend systems to support our applications.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
– Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices are followed.
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Node.js for backend development.
– Proven experience in leading a team of backend developers.
– Strong understanding of backend technologies and best practices.
– Proficiency in database design and management (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL).
– Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Skills:
