Job Overview
Rysun Labs Private Limited is seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions. The role involves working on complex data-driven problems, building production-ready machine learning models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI products.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
Work on NLP, Computer Vision, recommendation systems, or Generative AI use cases
Handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Build and deploy ML models into production environments
Develop APIs for model serving and integration
Implement MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring
Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost
Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and software teams
Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and conduct code reviews
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and industry trends
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI algorithms
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Experience with NLP frameworks (Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK)
Computer Vision experience (OpenCV, CNN-based models)
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
7–10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
Proven experience deploying ML models into production
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills
Experience working with large datasets and scalable ML systems
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members
