Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Officer who specializes in US Accounting, including billing, payroll, reconciliations, and client coordination. The ideal candidate must be comfortable handling US clients directly and working independently in the evening (EST) shift.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle US accounting tasks, including billing, payroll processing, and reconciliations.
Handle client communication and meetings during EST hours.
Maintain accounting records and prepare financial reports as required.
Work on accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP, or similar US tools.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Resolve client queries with professionalism and clarity.
Prepare documentation, maintain reports, and ensure data accuracy.
Work independently with high accountability and ownership.

Requirements
4–5 years of proven US Accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of billing, payroll, reconciliations, and accounting procedures.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Prior experience managing US clients and working EST shifts.
Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
