Job Tittle: Senior Accountant
Salary: Based on current CTC and experience

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial activities, ensuring accuracy of financial information, and providing expert financial guidance.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and analyze financial statements
– Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
– Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
– Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
– Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
– Support external audits and tax preparation activities
– Provide financial analysis and reporting to management
– Mentor and train junior accounting staff

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA)
– Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
– Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– CPA designation
– 5+ years of accounting experience
