We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, hands-on experience with tax and audit processes, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards
Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control
Coordinate with auditors and manage internal/external audits
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
Familiarity with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
