Job Title: Senior Accountant
Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of accounting experience and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial activities of the company. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements
– Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets
– Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
– Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations
– Provide support during audits and tax filings
– Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
– Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
– Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience
– Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
