The Sales & Recovery Engineer is responsible for managing sales activities and customer accounts, as well as developing strategies to recover overdue payments. This role requires a balance of sales skills and financial acumen to drive revenue growth and mitigate financial risk.
Responsibilities:
– Manage sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
– Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
– Monitor and track customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
