Job Description:
HDFC Bank is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to promote banking products, generate new business, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell banking products and services
• Generate new customer leads and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Conduct customer meetings and follow up on leads
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
