Salary: ₹2.25 LPA to ₹2.50 LPA + Lucrative Incentives

Job Description:
We are hiring for the position of Sales Officer in the Mortgage Sales function. The ideal candidate should be motivated, customer-focused, and ready to work in a dynamic, field-based sales role. You will be responsible for sourcing customers, managing partner relationships, ensuring documentation accuracy, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Area / Geography Mapping
Regularly conduct area-wise mapping to identify new customer sources.
Provide progress updates to your reporting manager.
Source Relationship Management
Build and manage relationships with sourcing partners in the assigned area.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily sales reports and activity logs in the required format.
Ensure proper documentation and submission of application forms.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop strong customer relationships to enhance overall satisfaction and business retention.
Channel Partner Support
Identify and support in the recruitment of new channel partners when needed.
Team Collaboration
Attend daily team huddles and performance reviews with managers.
Candidate Requirements:
Must be a graduate in any stream
6 months to 1 year of experience in sales (preferred)
Willingness to travel within the city (field job)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
