Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, guide, and manage the sales team to improve performance
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports
Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales activities
Train and mentor sales executives to improve productivity
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred
Proven experience in sales management or a similar role

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Customer relationship management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
