CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations,
in Gujarat for the OTC and Derma segments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership,
capabilities, team management experience, and a good understanding of the regional market.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers and Territory Managers (2nd line role).
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet company targets.
Monitor and improve team performance by coaching, training, and field visits.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and distribution teams.
Strengthen relationships with key customers, chemists, doctors, and channel partners.
Drive implementation of marketing activities and product promotions effectively.
Ensure timely reporting and adherence to compliance standards.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as Regional Sales Manager in OTC or Derma segment.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of achieving targets and building high-performance teams.
Willing to travel extensively across the assigned region.
Good understanding of Gujarat’s pharmaceutical market.
