Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead school funding initiatives in designated regions.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in education financing and a strong
ability to build and manage relationships with school decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with schools to promote funding solutions

Build long-term relationships with school administrators and management

Deliver presentations and customized proposals to potential clients

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-sales support

Maintain accurate sales reports and achieve monthly targets

Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of school funding products and processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Ability to analyze client requirements and recommend solutions

Presentation and proposal drafting skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Fluency in English and local language(s)

Willingness to travel as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred: Postgraduate degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Finance

1–3 years of experience in school funding, educational sales, or financial services

Familiarity with educational institutions and financing structures is a plus
