Job Title: Sales Manager – Business LAP
Location:Ahmedabad & Vadodara
Salary: (CTC): Up to ₹8 Lakhs per annum
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
About the Role:We are hiring a Sales Manager for Business Loan Against Property (LAP), managing ticket sizes from ₹30 lakhs to ₹3 crores
. The role is focused on sourcing through retail DSAs and driving disbursement growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Source LAP (Loan Against Property) cases through retail DSAs
Onboard and manage DSA partners effectively
Ensure regular lead follow-ups and deal closures
Build strong relationships with DSAs and clients
Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduation is mandatory (any stream); MBA/PGDM preferred
2 to 6 years of experience in LAP or SME lending
Proven experience in DSA channel management
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Good understanding of LAP products and lending processes
Result-oriented mindset with strong follow-up habits
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
Knowledge of local markets in Ahmedabad/Vadodara is a plus
Compensation:
CTC up to ₹8 LPA (based on experience and current package)
Attractive performance-based incentives
Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Saturday
2nd and 4th Saturdays off
Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
