Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales Manager to join the Agency Channel team for a leading Life Insurance company in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing insurance agents while achieving individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and activate life insurance agents
Drive sales through the agency network and achieve set business targets
Support and guide agents in developing new business opportunities
Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
