Title: Sales Executive
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to promote products or services, generate new business, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, visits, and follow-ups
Present and explain products or services to potential and existing customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Update leads, customer details, and sales activities in CRM systems
Conduct market research and track competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
Perform additional sales-related tasks as assigned
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
Sales or customer relationship management certifications are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Experience in lead generation and client handling
Ability to explain product features and benefits clearly
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
Time management and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
