Title: Sales Executive

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and contribute to business growth through effective sales strategies.

Role & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, visits, and networking
Present and explain products or services to potential and existing customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Update customer details, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
Perform additional sales-related duties as assigned

Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Sales or customer relationship management certifications are a plus

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Experience in lead generation and client handling
Ability to understand products and explain benefits clearly
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
Time management and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
