Title: Sales Executive
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to promote products or services, generate new business, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will identify sales opportunities, understand customer needs, and achieve revenue targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through calls, visits, and networking
Present and explain products or services to prospective customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure retention
Update customer details and sales activities in CRM systems
Conduct market research and track competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management
Perform additional sales-related duties as assigned
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Sales or CRM-related certifications are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Experience in lead generation and client handling
Ability to understand products and explain benefits clearly
Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Time management and follow-up skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
