Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services, understanding customer needs, and closing deals while maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Identify and generate new leads through various sales channels.
– Contact potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
– Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
– Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
– Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
– Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
– Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
– 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers can apply).
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
– Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
– Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business-related preferred).
– Hands-on experience in sales, customer handling, or internships is a plus.
– Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
