Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will promote company products/services, understand customer needs, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
– Present, promote, and explain products/services to potential clients.
– Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
– Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals successfully.
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
– Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
– Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
– Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
– Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills.
– Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Qualifications:
