Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai (Near Marol Naka Metro Station)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Monthly Salary: Up to â‚ą40,000 (Fixed)
Language Requirement: Good command of English
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the education sector. This is a non-field, office-based sales role, and all leads will be provided by the company. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students or clients
Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into successful sales
Clearly explain course details, benefits, and offerings
Maintain records of calls and follow-up status in the CRM
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high conversion rate
Provide exceptional customer support throughout the enrollment process
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the education or service industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
