Job Title: Sales cum Back Office Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a competent Sales cum Back Office Executive with at least 1-3 years of experience to provide efficient sales support and handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
– Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
– Maintain and update sales and customer records
– Assist in preparing sales reports and analysis
– Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
– Handle general office administrative tasks as needed
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Sales cum Back Office Executive or similar role
– Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
