Job Title: Sales Counsellor

Job Overview:
As a Sales Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to potential customers to help them make informed decisions about products or services. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, addressing their concerns, and persuading them to make a purchase.

Responsibilities:
– Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
– Provide information about products or services to customers.
– Recommend products or services based on customer requirements.
– Assist customers in making purchase decisions.
– Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
– Meet sales targets and goals set by the company.
– Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Sales Counsellor or similar role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
– Ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
– Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
– 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
