Job Description: Relationship Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Relationship Officer to manage client relationships and promote the company’s products and services. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with solutions that meet their financial goals.

Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
– Identify potential clients and engage them through various channels to promote company products and services
– Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their financial goals
– Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to proactively address client needs and concerns

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
– At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management roles
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Knowledge of financial products and services
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Qualifications:
