Position: Relationship Manager
Location: Ahmedabad & Baroda
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in a similar role preferred
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing clients for financial products such as Machinery Loans, Working Capital, and Unsecured Business Loans.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans
Maintain updated knowledge of financial products and industry regulations
Prepare and submit reports on client interactions and loan progress
Products to Handle:
Machinery Loan
Working Capital
Unsecured Business Loan
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of financial products and lending procedures
Proven experience in relationship management or sales in financial services
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
