Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, promoting financial products, and providing personalized services to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Advise clients on financial products such as Demat accounts, SIPs, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.
Achieve sales targets by recommending and selling appropriate financial products.
Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to understand their evolving financial needs.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues.
Stay updated with the latest financial market trends and products.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or financial services.
Graduation in any field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of financial products (Demat accounts, SIP, Mutual Funds, Insurance).
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Compensation:
Up to ₹5,50,000 per annum (LPA) + Performance-Based Incentives.
