Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
– Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
– Identify new business opportunities and upsell additional products or services.
– Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns promptly.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
– Keep updated on industry trends and market conditions that may impact client relationships.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
– Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role for at least 1-4 years.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
– Knowledge of financial products and services is preferred.
