Reporting to: Sales Manager / HR

We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Relationship Manager to join our team and drive business growth.

Job Summary:
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling home loan products by building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, corporate offices, DSA offices, agents, and clients. This is a field-based sales role that requires the ability to engage with potential customers and close sales in the open market.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Generate new business by identifying opportunities in the market and engaging with potential clients (builders, corporate offices, agents, etc.).
Sales & Promotion: Promote home loan products, assist clients with loan applications, and explain product features and benefits.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Market Networking: Develop a network within builder offices, DSA offices, and agents to generate leads and expand the client base.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by closing home loan deals.
Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing ongoing support throughout the loan process.
Documentation: Collect and verify required documentation for home loan applications and ensure timely processing.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt and position products effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: HSC Pass or Graduation (Completed).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in home loan sales, mortgage loan sales, or LAP (Loan Against Property).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and partners effectively.
Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, particularly in the financial services industry.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
Target-Oriented: Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
Networking Ability: Ability to network with different stakeholders such as builders, agents, and corporate offices.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Additional Information:
Salary: Up to ₹4 Lakh per annum (based on experience and performance).
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Environment: Field-based (Travel required).
Age Range: 20 to 30 years
Gender: Male
