Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager with at least 1 year of experience to lead our sales team within the designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales goals, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships within the territory.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
– Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
– Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
– Monitor and report on sales activities, forecasting, and budget compliance.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales management, preferably in a regional capacity.
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
– Ability to travel within the region as needed.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Qualifications:
