Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting and leading a team of recruiters. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment team, setting recruitment targets, and collaborating with management to develop and implement recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of recruiters to meet recruitment goals
– Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with management
– Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
– Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities
– Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization
– Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations
– Build relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of leading a team
– Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 3+ years of experience in recruitment
– Demonstrated experience in leading a team of recruiters
