Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Bavdhan, Pune
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: Any Graduate
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days preferred
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive
Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Presentable and well-groomed with a professional attitude
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email handling
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage customer queries politely
Female candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area
Schedule customer appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Provide accurate and timely information to walk-in customers about services and offerings
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the management
