Job Overview:
Ckredence Wealth is looking for a presentable and well-spoken Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately
Maintain the front desk and common areas in a neat and orderly fashion
Manage appointments and maintain meeting room schedules
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist in general administrative tasks and coordination with internal departments
Maintain visitor logs and ensure front-desk security procedures are followed

Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Presentable, well-organized, and polite
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
