Job Title: Receptionist – Visa & Immigration Services
Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience: Freshers are welcome
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities, assist clients, and support visa & immigration services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and basic administrative knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients with inquiries
Handle phone calls, emails, and schedule appointments
Maintain records and update client details in the system
Assist with visa application documentation and form submissions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
Manage office supplies and maintain a neat reception area
Handle basic administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills:
Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
Professional and friendly attitude
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
Good organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Multitasking and problem-solving abilities
