Job Description:
Survi Projects is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager – Civil to oversee and manage the quality control and assurance functions of our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of quality standards in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control procedures for civil construction projects
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
Conduct regular site inspections and audits
Lead the quality team and coordinate with project managers and engineers
Maintain documentation and prepare reports on quality performance and improvements
Identify non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive measures
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering (Degree preferred)
At least 9 years of experience in quality assurance/control in civil construction
Strong knowledge of construction standards, materials, and inspection procedures
Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills
