Job Title: Quality Inspector

Qualification:
Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Job Overview:
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards by conducting inspections, testing, and audits throughout the production process. They will work closely with production teams to identify and address quality issues to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
-Perform inspections and audits on incoming materials, work in progress, and finished products
– Identify and report non-conformances and quality issues to production teams
– Conduct testing and measurements according to quality standards and procedures
– Document and maintain inspection records and reports
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related concerns
– Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes

Requirements and Skills:
– At least 2 years of experience in quality inspection or a related field
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in conducting inspections and tests
– Knowledge of quality standards and procedures
– Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
– Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment
– Time management skills to meet inspection deadlines
– Quality assurance certification is a plus

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Certification in quality assurance or related field is preferred
