Job Purpose:
The Quality Executive will be responsible for maintaining compliance with ISO and NABL standards, managing CAPA processes, supporting internal audits, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the quality management system.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, monitor, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO and NABL standards.
Identify, investigate, and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) across departments.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as SOPs, manuals, policies, and reports.
Ensure that all processes meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Train and educate staff on quality standards, procedures, and continuous improvement practices.
Analyze quality data and prepare regular quality performance reports for management review.
Assist in risk management, non-conformance investigations, and root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Experience: 6–12 months of relevant work experience in Quality Management.
Mandatory Skills:
Practical experience with CAPA handling.
Good understanding of ISO standards and NABL accreditation requirements.
Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Key Competencies:
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
