Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a key role in identifying issues, implementing solutions, and maintaining high standards of quality across our organization.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures
– Conduct manual and automated testing to identify software defects and performance issues
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
– Document and track defects, and work with developers to resolve issues
– Perform thorough regression testing after bug fixes or updates
– Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements and optimization
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance
– Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices
– Proficiency in test management tools and software (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
– Experience with both manual and automated testing
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– Relevant certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
– Proven experience in testing web and mobile applications
– Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
