Job Title: Quality Analyst (2 Years Experience)

Job Overview:
The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality of products or services through various testing,
methods and quality assurance processes. They play a key role in identifying areas of improvement’
and implementing quality enhancements to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and processes.
– Conduct testing and analysis to identify defects and areas for improvement.
– Create reports documenting quality issues and proposed solutions.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns.
– Provide training to team members on quality standards and best practices.
– Monitor compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
– Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role for at least 2 years.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Attention to detail and accuracy.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
– Experience with testing tools and quality management systems.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
– Certified Quality Analyst (CQA) certification is a plus.
