Job Summary:
TechnoBase IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our growing QA team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing various testing activities ‘
to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level
QA professional who wants to contribute to meaningful projects and grow in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business and functional requirements to develop test strategies and detailed test cases.
Perform various types of testing including functional, manual, automation, black box, and database testing.
Execute and validate ETL/BI test cases, ensuring data accuracy and transformation integrity.
Identify, document, and manage bugs using standard defect tracking tools.
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Conduct regression, smoke, and integration testing across platforms.
Maintain detailed and organized test documentation.
Ensure adherence to company quality standards throughout the SDLC.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Functional and Manual Testing
Working knowledge of Automation Testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter)
Expertise in Black Box Testing
Strong SQL skills for Database Testing
Exposure to ETL or BI Testing
Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
ISTQB or similar QA certification is a plus
