Responsibilities:
– Conduct quality assurance testing on products and services
– Develop and implement quality control processes
– Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues
– Create and maintain quality documentation and reports
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
– Knowledge of quality assurance tools and techniques
– Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
