Job Title: Quality Analyst (1 year of experience)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products or services meet the established standards before they are delivered to customers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and be able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct quality assurance checks on products or services to ensure they meet established standards
– Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation
– Identify and report any quality issues or defects to the relevant departments
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
– Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality assurance role
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Knowledge of quality assurance procedures and best practices
– Experience with quality assurance tools and software
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance or related field
– Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar certification is a plus
