Job Title: QA Engineer (1 Year Experience)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through manual and automated testing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
– Conduct manual and automated testing to identify software defects and performance issues.
– Document and track software bugs and issues.
– Collaborate with software developers to resolve bugs and improve software quality.
– Participate in the design and implementation of testing processes.
– Provide feedback on product functionality and user experience.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
– 1 year of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
– Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
– Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
– Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
– Experience with test management tools such as Jira or TestRail.
– Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C.
