Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with 1+ year of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of web and mobile applications by performing thorough manual and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla)
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand requirements and resolve issues
• Perform regression testing and verify fixes
• Ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle
• Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to testing and quality assurance
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA or software testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with manual testing; knowledge of automation tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Postman)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
• Experience testing APIs and understanding of client-server architecture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Must have completed graduation (no ongoing academic studies)
