🔍 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Python professional with a strong focus on unit testing, particularly using Motto or similar frameworks. This is a remote opportunity where you’ll work closely with the team to ensure high-quality, bug-free code through comprehensive test coverage.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Write and maintain unit test cases for Python codebases
Use Motto (or equivalent tools) for effective mocking and testing
Identify edge cases and ensure high code coverage
Debug test failures and collaborate with developers to resolve issues
Provide input on test strategy and improve existing test suites
Perform sessions via screen sharing as needed
🔧 Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience with Python development
Strong expertise in unit testing, mocking, and test-driven development
Familiarity with Motto or similar Python testing frameworks (like pytest, unittest, etc.)
Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented test code
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration in a remote work setup
