Job Overview:
The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for the organization. They will work closely with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
– Source new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing vendors
– Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers
– Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
– Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
– Quality control checks on products received
– Keep accurate records of purchases and pricing
– Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry standards
Requirements and Skills:
– 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
