We are looking for a skilled Purchase Executive with at least 3 years of experience to handle the procurement process efficiently. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities:
– Identify potential suppliers and source products based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
– Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
– Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
– Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
– Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and create procurement plans.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
– Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Familiarity with purchasing software and tools.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
