The Purchase Executive plays a crucial role in a company’s operations by overseeing and managing the procurement of goods and services.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
2. Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, pricing, and terms.
3. Review and analyze purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
4. Maintain and update procurement records and pricing in the system.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs.
6. Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes.
7. Monitor inventory levels and propose cost-saving measures.
8. Stay updated on market trends, new products, and alternative suppliers.

Requirements and Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or relevant role.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
4. Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
7. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
