Job Title: Project Manager – Odoo

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in Odoo implementation to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of Odoo projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
– Manage the end-to-end implementation of Odoo projects, including requirements gathering, customization, testing, and deployment.
– Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and allocate resources effectively.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
– Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
– Conduct regular status meetings and report on project progress to stakeholders.
– Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or budget.
– Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Odoo solutions.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Odoo implementation.
– Solid understanding of Odoo modules and functionality.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
– Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in Odoo implementation.
– Skills: Proficiency in Odoo, project planning, budget management, stakeholder management.
– Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
